"We have a pair of Ears, Eyes, Hands, and legs, but only have ONE Mouth.. So the right thing to do in life- Firstly Shut up, secondly listen with your 2 ears and after you listen, thirdly use your hands and legs to make things happen, speak only when you have to!" by Mr. JJ ^^

Been having this thoughts in my mind for a very long time, it's also why I had started to change my style of doing things, I listen more than I speak (althou i stil talk alot(when needed), but at least I'm making an effort to listen already).. It's not easy to be a effective listener, you have to pay a price to be a listener, you need to shut up(very difficult, ppl like to speak without using their brain!).. And please read this statement and understand what it means..

Active listening is an Art that many people do not master in their lives. Hearing and listening is two different things! You can be hearing what’s the other person is talking about, yet not listening (by getting the info into your brain, process it, and to remember it!).. I had paid the price, the heavy price for not being a good listener in the past, people no longer wants to speak or share with me, as I'm always the one doing the talking.. So don't be like me, prevent yourself to experience this pain i had.. 

So have you wonder, why on earth do you have 2 Ears, Eyes, Hands, and legs, but only have ONE Mouth?? I think you do.. haha..

Your 2 Ears are for you to listen- You gain Wisdom and understanding through effective listening(not just hearing), you can discern and read "between the lines" in people words. Only the fools will not listen. They’ll pay a big price for it..

Your 2 Eyes are for you to see and read. You gain knowledge through books, visuals, body language, and gain understanding wisdom and understanding through them. This wisdom helps you to discern things so that you are not blinded or be naive in life..

The 2 greatest tool in life that helps you to be cleverer, and smarter, or even wiser- your ears and your eyes! try to figure out what this means..

Your 2 hands are for you to use it for Work! Your hands is meant for you to use it to do something, Without your hands you are disabled, you can't do anything much.. What you use your hands to do, is what you will get back in future. Your hand is liken to a farmer's hand! What you sow on the ground (your work, your efforts), you shall reap it back too (the fruits of the work, the effectiveness of the work, the quality of the work). And I had learnt in life that a lazy man, who doesn’t use his hand to work, will be a useless fella in the society, without any positive contributions at all. So make good use of your hands, shape your destiny in life. Always rmb this: "What you sow is what you’re going to reap. Sow little, reap little, sow bountifully, you will reap bountifully!”

Your 2 legs are for you to walk and to move. You use your legs to help you get to where you wanna go, your destination. Just the same for your life, if your legs(If it's too tired) doesn't help you to move forward to reach your goals, you will never reach your destination.. But it's proven to me, it doesn't matter whether I'm feeling low, defeated, devastated, feeling down, failed and stumbled in between the journey, but if I keep on moving forward step by steps and don't give up moving towards my destination, one day I will reach that place. Your legs are the ones that helps you to fulfill your destiny in life.. So keep your feet going, it doesn’t matter how tired you are, if you continue to press on, one step by a time, you will still reach your destination right?

It’s like how the Marathon runners in the recent Standard Chartered marathon, no matter how tired they are, but one step a time they move their feet toward, and they finally finish the race after a few hours of walk, it’s their feet that keeps going on that helps them to reach the finish line. It’s also the same, everyone is running in a marathon too- our lives is a race, a very long race actually, so do you want to reach your destiny in life?!? If you want to, the only thing you need to know is to keep moving on, one step a time, you will reach it one day! =)

You only have ONE MOUTH, it is for you to Eat, Drink, speak and ask questions! What's the thing we should use the least, our mouth. What destroy and defile a person is their mouth. And what's the most powerful thing in our life? OUR MOUTH ALSO! For life and Death lies in the power of your tongue!! If you can totally tame your tongue, you'll be a perfect man! Your words shape your life, your destiny, your everything! Believe me or not, speak lesser, it'll save you a lot of pains..And of your heart, your mouth will speak. If you are feeling Emo on the inside, your mouth will be singing Emo songs, saying negative/emo things! Am i right to say this yea? 

Your words, frame your world, your atmosphere, your emotions, your everything. Be careful, and I had warned you about this.
